The Senior HR Business Partner – Central Supply will play a critical role in aligning our people agenda with operational priorities. Working closely with senior stakeholders, the Head of HR Business Partnering, the ANJ P&P Ops team, you will influence, coach, and guide leaders through key business and people initiatives.
This role is designed for someone who can bring strong HR expertise together with presence and credibility — someone able to balance strategic priorities with practical execution, and who can operate effectively in a fast-paced, complex environment.
