National Sales Manager For Away From Home Channel

The Kraft Heinz Company is looking for a National Sales Manager for the Away From Home channel who will have the overall responsibility for leading and managing the HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, and Catering) channel strategy to drive sustainable sales growth, strengthen market presence, and ensure excellent execution across all customer segments. The role requires strong leadership, critical thinking, and a deep understanding of the Egyptian HORECA market dynamics.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the HORECA channel strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead the sales team to deliver volume, value, and profitability targets.
  • Identify market opportunities, competitive threats, and trends to optimize performance.
  • Define short- and long-term channel goals, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Build strong relationships with key HORECA customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Provide to Business / Top management a fact-based assessment and recommended prioritization for the channels along with strategies for exploiting high-level opportunities and resolving high level issues.
  • Negotiate annual contracts, trading terms, and promotional agreements.
  • Drive new customer acquisition and penetration in targeted geographies and segments.
  • Ensure flawless execution of marketing activities, product launches, and activations.
  • Monitor customer compliance with agreements and trade programs.
  • Lead channel budgets, pricing strategies, and promotional spend.
  • Optimize Go-to-market (GTM) models and supply chain efficiency.
  • Track and report on channel performance against KPIs.
  • Train, and develop a high-performing HORECA sales team.
  • Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and provide ongoing coaching to the team.
  • Work closely with RSMs to align data collection and Sales trend analysis.

Qualifications:

  • 10-15 years in FMCG Companies with at least 5 years in a senior HORECA leadership role.
  • Strong network within the hotel, restaurant, and catering sectors.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong knowledge of local market.
  • Strategic planning & commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building.
  • Negotiation & contract management.
  • Analytical and presentation skills.
