National Account Manager
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Infant team as National Account Manager looking after JS and ASDA. Reporting to the Commercial Controller, this role offers full ownership of two key accounts, with responsibility for leading customer relationships, delivering the P&L, shaping forecasts, and negotiating and executing the JBP.
It's a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys combining commercial analysis with action, using data and insight to spot opportunities, influence account strategy, and deliver winning plans in store and online.
We're looking for someone who is customer-focused, analytical, and resilient, and who can bring both strong commercial thinking and hands-on delivery across account and category priorities
What you'll be doing:
- Understanding your Business and Leveraging Financial Concepts: You will work with internal and external resources to identify sales opportunities through data analysis and intellectual curiosity. You will develop financial competence and will be responsible for leading internal forecasting and growing customer specific P&Ls.
- Selling with Impact and Insights: You will work closely with other functional areas to develop- simplify- and sell account specific strategies. You will interpret data and use your creativity to influence through engaging stories that solve your retailer's needs.
- Implementing Commercial Plans: You will move with speed and agility to deliver solution-focused plans with your retailer. You will engage in project management to deliver winning plans in store and online whilst also engaging in negotiations that generate mutually beneficial solutions for you and your customer.
What You'll Need:
- Prior experience in customer relationship management skills are critical, and able to demonstrate the ability and confidence to sell commercial propositions, together with sound negotiation skills
- Consistent track record of problem solving as an owner, taking on entrepreneurial challenges and simplifying the complex
