Marketing Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager to oversee our marketing activities in the areas of brand management, communication, digital engagement, and product innovation. This role is central to strengthening the brand value and share, as well as business growth in the competitive environment. With the necessary tact and know-how, we are looking for a strategic leader who can take our brand "Just Spices" to the next level.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Strategic brand management - responsibility for the development and implementation of the brand strategy taking into account the overall company objectives
  • Business ownership - management of the brand P&L and ongoing analysis of brand KPIs to identify growth opportunities, including budget and forecast responsibility
  • Team leadership - professional and disciplinary leadership as well as the development of a marketing team
  • Brand and product development - management of the product portfolio and product lifecycle (introduction, adaptation, discontinuation) including relevant internal processes
  • Identification of growth fields, development of new products and initiatives together with innovation, sales, and product management
  • Communication & media - planning and implementation of integrated campaigns
  • Stakeholder management - close cooperation with finance, culinary, and other departments to define the product roadmap and innovation implementation
  • Analysis & insights - permanent market, consumer, and competitor analysis as well as derivation of relevant measures

Your qualifications include:

  • Successfully completed studies in business administration, marketing, or communication
  • Proven and relevant professional experience (at least 7-10 years) in brand management, ideally from the international FMCG environment
  • Significant experience in leading and developing teams, both directly and indirectly
  • Proven successes in brand management and business development
  • Strong entrepreneurial thinking, strong analytical skills combined with a high result orientation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Very good German and English language skills in speech and writing
