Responsibilities

We are looking for skilled Virtual Agent Developers to design and implement conversational experiences within ServiceNow. The role involves creating intelligent chatbots to improve self-service and automate workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and configure ServiceNow Virtual Agent conversations and topics.
  • Integrate Virtual Agent with ServiceNow workflows and external systems.
  • Implement Natural Language Understanding (NLU) models for better user interaction.
  • Collaborate with business teams to identify automation opportunities.
  • Optimize Virtual Agent performance and user experience.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to best practices.

Required Skills

  • Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Virtual Agent development.
  • Strong understanding of NLU and conversational design principles.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting and integration.
  • Familiarity with Service Portal and UI customization.
  • Knowledge of ITSM, HRSD, and automation workflows.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.

ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS in Virtual Agent or HRSD) are a plus.
