Responsibilities

Role: ServiceNow ITBM Developer Experience: 3–5 Years Location: Bangalore (Full‑time, On‑site) Employment Type: Permanent with KPMG

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong hands‑on experience with ServiceNow ITBM modules(PPM, Demand, Resource, Agile, Financial Planning)
  • SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) experience is a must
  • Excellent skills in JavaScript, workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts
  • ServiceNow platform configuration & custom development
  • Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations
  • Good understanding of ITIL and project/portfolio management processes

Responsibilities

  • Configure, customize, and enhance ITBM & SPM modules
  • Develop workflows, automation, and customizations within ServiceNow
  • Partner with functional teams to convert requirements into technical solutions
  • Support upgrades, module deployments, and platform enhancements
  • Troubleshoot and deliver quality technical outputs

Preferred

  • ServiceNow CSA / CIS‑ITBM / CIS‑SPM certifications
  • Consulting experience is an added advantage
