The SME is responsible for oversight and management of the process of SME review and guidances. They are required to utilize their expertise, knowledge and experience to ensure that files are completed to regulatory standard, and that business processes and policies are adhered to and correctly applied throughout the process. Responsible for management of the quality control process and the framework through which this is completed.
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach, backed by 4 years of overall experience. • Strong working knowledge of banking and regulations. • Experience in assisting with customer complaints and hardship portfolios, credit risk analysis, and financial analysis. • Proficient technical knowledge in Excel, SQL, Python, Power BI, and Machine Learning.

•5 – 8 years of post-qualification experience with strong working knowledge on Excel,SQL, Python, Power BI, and Machine Learning. •In-depth knowledge on banking operations procedures, risk management as well as regulatory compliance standards.
