Executive (Associate Consultant)
Developer role reporting to Manager, supporting US geo with work timings from 11 am to 8 pm.
Responsibilities
Roles and responsibilities include:
- ServiceNow IRM functional knowledge is required.
- Good understanding of business rules, client scripts, UI policy, data policy, ACLs, script include, fix scripts.
- Experience in form configurations, report configuration, new report creation, dashboard creation, UI pages, portals, widget configuration.
- Good understanding of flow designer, scheduled jobs, notifications.
- Working with KPMG onshore counterparts as part of project/engagement delivery.
- Supporting client service delivery by consistently meeting quality standards within the established turnaround time and allotted budget for the project.
- Ensuring personal and team's compliance with the applicable KPMG Risk Management policies & KPMG proprietary tools.
- Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow GRC features, releases, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Educational qualifications:
• BE/B-Tech/MCA in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university
• ServiceNow GRC certification (Certified System Administrator(CSA)) are highly desirable
Work experience:
• The candidate must have 2 to 4 years of total experience.
• The candidate must have 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role, particularly in a professional services organization.
• The candidate must have experience in end-to-end ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementation.
