We are seeking a talented AI Engineer with expertise in Python and cloud technologies to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications that integrate advanced AI and machine learning technologies. A strong focus will be on utilizing cloud platforms for building scalable and efficient AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers, providing guidance on best practices for development and integration.

Design and develop AI-driven applications using Python, with a focus on leveraging cloud technologies.

Build and maintain RESTful APIs and WebSockets using Python frameworks, such as FastAPI or Flask.

Implement microservices architecture to support scalable and modular AI applications.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance and reliability.

Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in AI, cloud computing, and backend development.

Utilize GenAI libraries like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, etc., to develop advanced AI applications.

Integrate and work with various large language models (LLMs), including Gemini, OpenAI, and Claude.

Experience with Claude is a must for integrating and optimizing AI models.

Implement RAG-based architectures and ensure their optimal performance.

Monitor application performance and implement strategies to enhance efficiency.

Oversee the monitoring of application performance, implementing strategies to enhance efficiency.

Mandatory Skills:

Experience to Claude is must.

Over 7 years of experience in Python development with a focus on API development.

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in integrating large language models (LLMs).

Strong experience working in cloud environments with tools such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Proficiency in designing, implementing, and deploying microservice-based applications.

Proven experience in a leadership role, guiding and mentoring engineering teams.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with containerization technologies and orchestration using Kubernetes.

Ability to fine-tune and optimize base large language models.

Experience with setting up data pipelines for model training and real-time inference.

Good to Have:

Prior experience in developing applications with a strong understanding of cloud development practices.
