Comfortable in a high-intensity role and seeking an ambitious workload. We are looking for a marketer with a strong sense of ownership and willingness to deliver on tight deadlines. We expect this to take our marketers more than 50 hours a week.

Prior experience (3-6 years) in performance marketing or user acquisition at a consumer startup (preferably consumer fintech) establishing and scaling paid advertising channels - specifically:
Motivated to use AI, automation, and data tools in your day-to-day work to push the boundaries of what a single individual can do
Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, handles shifting priorities fluidly, and works effectively with product, engineering, data science, design, and other cross-functional teams
Thrive in a remote or hybrid work environment
Experience or comfort operating under regulatory frameworks such as UDAAP, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, ECOA, FCRA
Bonus: open to residing in Austin, TX and working in-person with the Austin-based marketing team (in-office schedule to be determined)

Efficiently scale our customer acquisition
Monitor and grow key performance indicators for user acquisition, customer activation, and customer lifetime value
Generate, source, edit, optimize, experiment with, and deploy creative to scale acquisition
Ship experiments and creative tests at a high velocity in collaboration with cross-functional partners to continuously improve performance
Establish foundational marketing processes and practices for scaling acquisition across existing and new channels
Directly impact millions of underserved individuals' ability to access credit
Work with minimal bureaucracy, significant ownership, and have broad impact
