Job Description
Having 4-5 years of experience in application production support. Techno functional resource who can provide technical and functional support and liaise with end user/business teams and business solution group (BSG) teams as well. Should have good experience in entire software lifecycle in product/application/solution implementation. MSSQL/SQL experience at intermediary level. Shell scripting/AIX/Linux commands experience – intermediary level. Having some development experience in (Java, Microsoft platforms) would be a plus. Experience in banking domain a must. Integration experience (API/Web Service/File based) with Finacle, digital channels (Mobile Banking, Internet Banking) would be a plus. Should be able to close VACA and appec points. Experience in using DevOps (CICD Pipeline deployment). Experience in using ServiceNow and Jira would be a plus. Analytical thinking and problem solving attitude. Should be self-starter and be able to work independently as well. Last but not the least good communication skills.
