Role Description - Launch Products / Implement Projects in Debit cards, ATM, Cash Deposit Machines, Recyclers, etc. Coordination with various departments / Users like Product teams, RL Ops, IT, Vendors, External agencies etc. To execute projects as per requirements. Prepare Requirement Specification Document / Functional specification documents. Prepare and execute detailed User Acceptance Testing Projects / Fixes as per the requirement in new & existing systems handled by the team. Should have knowledge about ATM / CRM eco system Should have knowledge about ATM / Debit card Switch Should have knowledge about testing simulator Token life cycle management end to end experience. Device token transaction knowledge. Card on File token guideline knowledge and channel experience. Track projects through Project plan, Regular status as part of Project governance. Work with Internal customers to resolve their system related issues, identify opportunities for automation to minimize manual intervention. Thorough analysis for system issues faced and provide effective solutions. Should take initiatives to provide solutions which help in revenue generation, process improvement, and cost saving for the bank. Prepare User Guides and train users on newly developed Systems Maintain Timely & Accurate MIS and Reporting. Knowledge of Channel ( Mobile, Net Banking)
