Team Sales Manager

Job Role:

Team Sales Manager is required for handling Tractor Loan through direct sales team, Brokers and Dealers.

For handling team of 5-7 field sales executive.

For handling yearly business approx. 500-600 Tractors in a year (approx. 20 Cr).

Responsible for Tractor Refinance Business also, Team Productivity, Infant Collection (Early Default), Dealer / Broker Relationship.

Management, working on existing customer's data, etc. in his area of operation.

Job Requirement:

Team Handling Exp. – Team Handling and Business volume handling exp. is required (Direct and In Direct Reportees).

Exp. – Minimum 2-3 Year Exp. In Team Handling / Finance Industry.

Should be from Vehicle Finance Industry – Tractor / Car / Two wheeler / CV /CE / Etc.

Preference will be given from Vehicle Finance Industry.
