Team Sales Manager
Team Sales Manager is required for handling tractor loan through direct sales team, brokers, and dealers. Responsibilities include managing a team of 5-7 field sales executives, handling yearly business of approximately 500-600 tractors (approx. 20 Cr), and being responsible for tractor refinance business, team productivity, infant collection (early default), dealer/broker relationship, and management working on existing customer's data in the area of operation.
Job Requirement:
Team Handling Exp. – Team handling and business volume handling experience is required (direct and indirect reportees). Minimum 2-3 years of experience in team handling/finance industry. Preference will be given from vehicle finance industry. Same posting description for internal and external candidates.
