As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Screening & Sampling team's daily operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting with data collection, analysis, and reporting, as well as ensuring accurate and timely screening and sampling processes. You will work closely with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance overall efficiency.
Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting for screening and sampling processes.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of screening and sampling tasks.
Maintain records and documentation as per regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with the team to identify process improvements and implement best practices.
Provide support and guidance to junior team members.
Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes related to screening and sampling.
Participate in project initiatives and contribute to the development of new processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Perform ad-hoc tasks and provide administrative support as required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to screening and sampling is an advantage.
