RCU Team Member-HO & SUPPORT-RA-Risk Control Unit

Identification and assessment of risks to customers and products.

Responsibilities include:

Investigation and root cause analysis for fraud and process violation cases.
Initiating new tracks and ideas for analysis and control across Pan India for RA RCU.
Risk and fraud prevention analysis.
Processing urgent requirements assigned by senior management on fraud cases.
Identifying process gaps by analyzing alert fraud trends and recommending steps to mitigate potential risks.
Identifying and recommending new ways to save cost and time by streamlining processes.
Involvement in digitization projects, including providing requirements until projects go live in production.
Liaison with the police and other law enforcement agencies in cases of fraud reported and filling of FIR/complaint.
Researching, consolidating, analyzing, and preparing reports on fraud trends and local competitions.
Teamwork and vendor management skills.
Good problem-solving skills, good communication, and good presentation skills.
Graduate with good academics.
Well versed in the technical knowledge of advanced Excel and analysis. Power Point and Word.
Fraud analysis and compliance knowledge.
Experience in handling the investigation and conclusion of fraud cases.
Liaison with police and law enforcement agencies.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the retail asset team.
