Oracle Plsql Developer - Support Services-Digital

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle PL/SQL Developer to join our team and lead the development efforts for our Loan Management System. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Oracle database development, with a strong focus on PL/SQL programming and expertise in building and maintaining complex loan management systems. As the lead developer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, testing, and implementation of database solutions to support our loan processing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of database solutions for the Loan Management System, leveraging Oracle PL/SQL and other relevant technologies.
• Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and other team members to gather requirements and define technical specifications for new features and enhancements.
• Architect and implement database schemas, tables, views, stored procedures, functions, and triggers to support loan origination, servicing, and collections processes.
• Optimize database performance and scalability by tuning SQL queries, indexing strategies, and database configurations.
• Design and implement data validation and quality control mechanisms to identify and resolve data discrepancies and anomalies.
• Lead code reviews, provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with QA engineers to develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including unit tests, integration tests, and regression tests.
• Work closely with system administrators, infrastructure teams, and support teams to deploy database changes and troubleshoot production issues.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in database development and loan management systems, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

· 8+ years of experience in Oracle PL/SQL development, with a focus on building and maintaining loan management systems or financial applications.

· Strong understanding of relational database concepts, SQL query optimization techniques, and performance tuning strategies.

· Experience with data modeling tools (e.g., ERwin, Oracle SQL Developer Data Modeler) and version control systems (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git, SVN).

· Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions.

· Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects.

· Experience in API Integration, web-site hosting with partner.

· IT Governance, Risk and Compliance Management.

· DevOps -CDCI Integration, Release Management of the system

· Knowledge of emerging technologies, such as cloud computing, Agentic AI is add on.
