As a Team Member in the CRCU department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the bank's financial integrity and accuracy. Your primary focus will be on supporting the team in reconciling and controlling various financial transactions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Responsibilities

• Assist in daily reconciliation of accounts and transactions.
• Identify and investigate discrepancies or exceptions in financial data.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of reconciliation activities.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve reconciliation issues.
• Ensure timely escalation of critical issues to the management.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining effective control procedures.
• Monitor and report on the status of reconciliation processes.
• Provide support and training to junior team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
