As a Team Member-Analytics-BPM, you will be a key player in our Business Process Management Group, responsible for analyzing and interpreting data to drive strategic decisions. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide analytical insights to enhance our business processes.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth data analysis and interpret results to identify trends and patterns.

Develop and maintain efficient data collection and reporting systems.

Collaborate with business teams to understand their requirements and provide analytical support.

Identify process inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions to enhance productivity.

Create and deliver clear and concise analytical reports and presentations.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business process management and analytics.

Assist in the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing robust data validation processes.

Provide training and support to team members on analytical tools and techniques.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our data-driven decision-making culture.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.

Strong proficiency in data analysis and interpretation using statistical techniques.

Excellent knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.

Experience with data management and database systems (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
