Sr. Sales Executive-SARAL LOANS-Marketing Branches Operations

Job role:

Lead and guide a team of 5 to 7 DST's and ensure productivity

Interaction with manufacturers/dealers/sub-dealers in semi-urban and rural markets for sourcing business

Tie-up with channel partners & associates for sales program

Ensure development of direct and indirect team

Interaction with credit for loan applications and operations for smooth disbursement

Follow-up on infant delinquent cases and managing PDD's

Job requirements:

Min. 2 yrs. of work experience in vehicle financing (preferably CV/CE/MUV's)

Knowledge of Sale-Purchase Broker

Go getter attitude

Strong customer orientation

Self motivated

Good relationship management
