Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, with a focus on automotive or fleet management is preferred.

Minimum 5 years of experience in VRM or a related field, with a proven track record of successful VRM implementation and optimization.

Strong knowledge of VRM technologies, software, and industry best practices.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.

Analytical mindset for data interpretation and decision-making.

Leadership and mentoring skills to develop and guide a high-performing team.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver VRM initiatives on time.
