As a Sky Service Potential - RM-Sky Channel-Contact Centre Inbound representative, you will be the voice of Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd, delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your primary focus will be to handle inbound customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and accurate responses. You will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and provide timely and accurate information to customers.

Resolve customer issues and concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Maintain a deep understanding of the bank's products, services, and policies to offer effective solutions.

Respond to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Document and update customer records accurately, ensuring data integrity.

Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex issues and provide seamless customer support.

Stay updated with the latest product offerings and promotional campaigns to offer relevant information.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a banking or financial institution.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to assess and resolve customer issues effectively.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
