As an RM-Sky Channel-Contact Centre Inbound representative, you will play a vital role in maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring a seamless experience. Responsibilities

Efficiently resolve customer issues and concerns, ensuring high satisfaction levels.

Qualifications
