RM-Sky Channel-Contact Centre Inbound Representative

As an RM-Sky Channel-Contact Centre Inbound representative, you will play a vital role in maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring a seamless experience. Your primary focus will be on providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries, offering guidance, and resolving issues related to our products and services.

Responsibilities

Efficiently resolve customer issues and concerns, ensuring high satisfaction levels.

Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and policies to provide effective solutions.

Respond to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and online platforms.

Offer accurate and timely information, ensuring a professional and friendly tone.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer issues.

Document and track customer interactions, maintaining accurate records.

Identify and escalate critical customer issues to the appropriate teams.

Provide regular feedback to management on customer trends and concerns.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during customer interactions.

Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes.

Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to different customer needs.

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering an exceptional experience.

Familiarity with banking products and services is an asset.

Strong computer literacy, including MS Office applications.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

A positive attitude and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
