Customer Service Executive

The Customer Service Executive will be the front-line representative for our Sky Channel, handling a range of customer inquiries and complaints. This role is integral to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. The executive will work closely with the Sky Service Distribution team to deliver an efficient and effective service, ensuring a seamless experience for our valued customers.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a timely and accurate resolution.
  • Provide product and service information, offering guidance and recommendations to customers.
  • Handle escalations and complex customer issues, ensuring a satisfactory outcome.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback, contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as Sales and Marketing, to align on customer needs and expectations.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to offer the best advice to customers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a professional and ethical approach.
  • Actively contribute to team goals and objectives, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to different customer needs.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, with proficiency in other languages being an advantage.
