Customer Service Executive

The Customer Service Executive will be the front-line representative for our Sky Channel, handling a range of customer inquiries and complaints. This role is vital in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty. The executive will be responsible for providing accurate and timely assistance, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer journey.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and online channels.

Provide accurate and up-to-date information on products, services, and policies.

Offer solutions and alternatives to resolve customer issues and ensure their satisfaction.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions.

Document and record customer interactions, ensuring accurate and detailed notes.

Identify and escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate team members.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Stay updated with the latest product knowledge and industry trends.

Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on customer trends and preferences.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree in a related field is preferred.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a financial institution.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and offer creative solutions.

Proficiency in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in other languages is an asset.
