As an RM-Sky Channel-Contact Centre Inbound representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling a variety of inquiries and issues. Your primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction by promptly and accurately addressing their concerns. You will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for excellent customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.
Efficiently resolve customer issues and inquiries, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
Respond to customer inquiries through multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
Handle customer complaints and provide suitable resolutions, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
