The Customer Service Executive will be a key member of our Sky Service Distribution team, responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our valued clients. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our Sky Channel-Contact Centre Inbound customers. The executive will be the first point of contact for customers and will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our reputation for exceptional customer service.
Answer incoming calls and provide prompt and accurate information to customers.
Resolve customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times, representing the company's brand and values.
Document and record customer interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey.
Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Handle escalations and complex customer issues, demonstrating problem-solving skills.
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes and procedures.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations during customer interactions.
A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
Proficiency in using computers and relevant software, including CRM systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
