As an RM-Sky Channel-Contact Centre Inbound representative, you will be the voice of Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd, providing exceptional customer service and support. Your primary goal is to ensure a positive and seamless experience for our customers, building trust and loyalty. You will be an integral part of our Sky Channel team, contributing to the overall success of the bank's customer service operations.
Efficiently resolve customer issues and concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate and timely responses.
Respond to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and online platforms, with a focus on prompt and friendly service.
Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions, demonstrating empathy and a problem-solving mindset.
Stay updated with the latest product and service offerings, as well as any changes in policies, to provide accurate information to customers.

Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred, with a proven track record of success.
