The Sky Service Cards - RM-Sky Channel-Contact Centre Inbound role is an integral part of Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd's customer service team. As a representative, you will be the front-line support for customers, offering guidance and assistance with our Sky Channel services. Your primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and build a positive brand image.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding Sky Channel services and products.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while communicating with customers, both over the phone and via digital channels.
• Actively listen to customer concerns and provide tailored solutions, demonstrating a customer-centric approach.
• Stay updated with the latest product knowledge and bank policies to offer accurate advice and guidance.
• Document and record customer interactions, ensuring accurate and comprehensive records are maintained.
• Collaborate with other teams, such as the Sky Channel operations team, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Identify and escalate potential risks or issues to the relevant teams, ensuring prompt resolution.
• Provide regular feedback to the management team on customer trends, preferences, and potential areas of improvement.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for candidates holding a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a banking or financial services environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to different customer needs.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends.
