RM-Sky Channel-Contact Centre Inbound Representative

As an RM-Sky Channel-Contact Centre Inbound representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Your primary goal is to ensure an exceptional customer experience by promptly and accurately resolving their inquiries and concerns. You will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for excellent customer service and building long-lasting relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other digital channels.

Efficiently resolve customer issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and solutions.

Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.

Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Stay updated with the latest product knowledge and industry trends.

Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes.

Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

Actively contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a banking or financial institution.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.

A customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Fluency in English and any other regional languages is an advantage.
