As a vital member of our Sky Channel-Contact Centre Inbound team, you will be the initial point of contact for customers. Your primary objective is to provide prompt and accurate assistance, resolving inquiries and concerns efficiently. This role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty, contributing to the overall success of the bank's Sky Service Cards division.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Offer comprehensive information and guidance on Sky Service Cards and associated banking services.
• Assist customers with account management, including balance checks, transaction history reviews, and card replacement processes.
• Address and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues to the relevant teams for further action.
• Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction by ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout interactions.
• Stay updated with the latest product knowledge, bank policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information.
• Document customer interactions accurately, ensuring a comprehensive record for future reference and analysis.
