The Sky Service Affluent - RM role is an exciting opportunity to join Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd's Sky Channel Contact Centre Inbound department. As a Relationship Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for affluent clients, offering personalized financial solutions and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Build and maintain strong relationships with affluent clients, understanding their financial goals and needs.
Offer personalized financial advice and solutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Handle inbound calls and inquiries from affluent clients, providing timely and accurate information.
Proactively reach out to clients to discuss investment opportunities and financial strategies.
Stay updated on market trends and financial products to provide relevant and timely advice.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and efficient resolution of client queries.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions and transactions.
Identify cross-selling opportunities and refer clients to appropriate bank departments or partners.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance your financial knowledge and customer service skills.
Represent the bank professionally and maintain a positive brand image at all times.
A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a relationship management or customer service role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including investments, insurance, and banking solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software.
Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of client interactions.
Analytical skills to interpret client needs and provide tailored financial solutions.
A customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
Fluency in English and any other regional languages is an advantage.
