Handle personalized service requests from customers across segments
Generate and deliver timely business MIS reports
Ensure strict compliance with audit, regulatory, and internal banking policies
Coordinate with CPC/RPC/Investment desks for account opening and servicing
Manage and resolve customer complaints within defined turnaround times (TAT)
Maintain and nurture relationships with high net worth customers through quality service
