We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to drive business growth in the Agri-Fin and Tractor Loans segment. The role involves enhancing the deposit base, cross-selling financial products, and ensuring operational excellence at the branch level. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in retail liabilities, sales exposure, and leadership capabilities.
Enhance the deposit pool and drive cross-selling of non-deposit products including Mutual Funds and Insurance. Ensure high standards of customer service and regulatory compliance. Generate fee income and contribute to branch profitability (P&L). Oversee branch administration and manage team productivity and morale. Collaborate with product, marketing, and vertical teams for service and sales initiatives. Support customer delight by coordinating across service cycle units.
