As a Relationship Officer for Kotak 811 Digital Sales, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers through open market activities and driving sales of financial products. This is a high-energy, field-based role focused on building relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding the bank's digital footprint.
Responsibilities include conducting 100% field-based customer acquisition for Savings and Current Accounts through canopy and umbrella activities, cold calling, referrals, and open market sourcing. Drive cross-selling of financial products such as life insurance, general insurance, systematic investment plans, personal loans, and fixed deposits. Work within assigned geographical areas to meet acquisition and cross-sell targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to enhance engagement and product penetration. Ensure compliance with internal processes and customer service standards.
