As a Relationship Officer for Kotak 811 Digital Sales, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers through open market activities and driving sales of financial products. This is a high-energy, field-based role focused on building relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding the bank's digital footprint.
Conduct 100% field-based customer acquisition for Savings and Current Accounts through: Canopy and Umbrella activities; Cold calling; Referrals and open market sourcing; Drive cross-selling of financial products such as: Life Insurance (LI); General Insurance (GI); Systematic Investment Plans (SIP); Personal Loans (PL); Fixed Deposits (FD); Work within assigned geographical areas (mapped by pin code) to meet acquisition and cross-sell targets; Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to enhance engagement and product penetration; Ensure compliance with internal processes and customer service standards.
