As a Relationship Officer for Kotak 811 Digital Sales, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers through open market activities and driving sales of financial products. This is a high-energy, field-based role focused on building relationships, achieving sales targets, and expanding the bank's digital footprint.
Responsibilities include conducting 100% field-based customer acquisition for Savings and Current Accounts through canopy and umbrella activities, cold calling, and referrals and open market sourcing. Additionally, you will drive cross-selling of financial products such as Life Insurance, General Insurance, Systematic Investment Plans, Personal Loans, and Fixed Deposits. You will work within assigned geographical areas to meet acquisition and cross-sell targets, build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to enhance engagement and product penetration, and ensure compliance with internal processes and customer service standards.
