We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated Relationship Manager – TFE to drive quality business in the MSME segment, specifically targeting Agri-related industries, food processing units, and manufacturing sectors. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language, and possess a deep understanding of working capital finance, balance sheet analysis, and property/legal aspects of mortgage lending. This role is field-intensive (80% field, 20% office) and demands strong networking, negotiation, and follow-up skills to ensure consistent business sourcing and customer satisfaction.

Ensure quality and size of business through effective lead generation and conversion
Maintain a monthly disbursement pipeline with ticket sizes ranging from ₹2 crore to ₹25 crore
Achieve a minimum of 3 new cases per month and meet at least 2 new leads daily
Build and manage relationships with CAs, financial consultants, DMAs, and Kotak Bank branches
Collaborate with internal teams (credit, trade finance, CMS, treasury, legal, operations) for seamless service delivery
Ensure timely resolution of customer requirements and complaints
Maintain strong follow-up and documentation standards
Adhere to the mantra of "Speed, Scale, and Skill" in all business activities
