We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager – TFE to lead retail sales initiatives in the Tractors and Farm Equipment segment. The role involves enhancing the deposit pool, driving cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring high standards of customer service and branch administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail liabilities, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of financial instruments and customer service cycles.
Enhance the deposit pool from customers through targeted acquisition and retention strategies
Drive sales of non-deposit products including Mutual Funds, Insurance, and other cross-sell offerings
Generate fee income and contribute to branch profitability
Ensure delivery of high-quality customer service and establish service standards
Oversee branch administration and ensure regulatory compliance
Manage productivity and morale of branch team members
Take ownership of branch break-even and P&L performance
Liaise with product management, marketing, and other verticals for service enhancements and sales initiatives
Ensure seamless coordination across all units involved in the customer service cycle to deliver customer delight
