As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our DSA network for mortgage products. Your focus will be on driving sales, ensuring compliance with regulations, and overseeing the entire case processing journey. This role is an individual contributor position, but you will collaborate closely with DSAs and internal teams to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of service.
Manage and expand the DSA network for mortgage sales, identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships.
Drive sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets for mortgage products.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies during the sales process.
Oversee end-to-end case processing, including application review, documentation, and timely closure.
Provide regular feedback and support to DSAs, offering training and guidance to enhance their performance.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as underwriters and legal teams, to ensure a smooth sales process.
Maintain accurate records and generate reports on sales activities and DSA performance.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and new mortgage products to provide valuable insights to DSAs.
Participate in sales campaigns and events to promote mortgage products and build brand awareness.
Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mortgage sales, preferably in a relationship management role.
Strong knowledge of mortgage products, sales strategies, and the Indian housing finance market.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maintaining high standards of compliance.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant sales/CRM tools.
A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Certifications in mortgage sales or financial services will be an advantage.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for sales.
