The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and growing our DSA network for mortgage products. This individual contributor role is key to our Housing Finance-Sales department's success, focusing on sales, compliance, and end-to-end case processing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in mortgage sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to foster strong relationships with DSAs and internal stakeholders.
Manage and grow the DSA channel for mortgage sales, targeting new and existing customers.
Drive sales and achieve targets by developing effective sales strategies and plans.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies during the sales process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, providing support and guidance.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient end-to-end case processing experience.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary actions.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new mortgage products to stay ahead of the curve.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales journey.
Conduct regular training and development sessions for DSAs to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
Prepare and present sales reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mortgage sales, preferably in a relationship management role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and influence others.
Strong knowledge of mortgage products, regulations, and the housing finance industry.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales-related software.
Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of DSAs.
A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Willingness to travel for business purposes as needed.
