We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to lead retail sales initiatives in the AGRI-FIN and Tractor Loans segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking, particularly in retail liabilities, and a proven track record in sales and customer relationship management. This role involves enhancing the deposit pool, cross-selling financial products, and ensuring regulatory compliance while driving branch profitability and team productivity.
Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Enhance the deposit pool from existing and new customers. Drive sales of non-deposit products including Mutual Funds and Insurance. Achieve cross-selling targets progressively across product categories. Generate fee income through strategic product placement.
Customer Relationship Management
Deliver high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and delight. Act as a key point of contact for high-value clients in the AGRI-FIN and Tractor Loans segment.
Branch Operations & Compliance
Oversee branch administration and ensure adherence to regulatory compliance. Manage overall productivity and morale of branch team members. Ensure the branch meets its break-even targets and contributes positively to the P&L.
Strategic Collaboration
Work closely with product management, marketing, and other verticals for new product development and service enhancements. Contribute to sales initiatives and tactical planning.
Leadership & Team Management
Demonstrate strong leadership skills with a tactical focus. Balance strategic thinking with execution (Thinker:Doer ratio of 40:60). Foster a collaborative and performance-driven team culture.
