We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to lead retail sales initiatives in the AGRI-FIN and Tractor Loans segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking, particularly in retail liabilities, and a proven track record in sales and customer relationship management. This role involves enhancing the deposit pool, cross-selling financial products, and ensuring regulatory compliance while driving branch profitability and team productivity.
Sales & Business Development: Enhance the deposit pool from existing and new customers. Drive sales of non-deposit products including Mutual Funds and Insurance. Achieve cross-selling targets progressively across product categories. Generate fee income through strategic product placement.
Customer Relationship Management: Deliver high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and delight. Act as a key point of contact for high-value clients in the AGRI-FIN and Tractor Loans segment.
Branch Operations & Compliance: Oversee branch administration and ensure adherence to regulatory compliance. Manage overall productivity and morale of branch team members. Ensure the branch meets its break-even targets and contributes positively to the P&L.
Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with product management, marketing, and other verticals for new product development and service enhancements. Contribute to sales initiatives and tactical planning. Leadership & Team Management: Demonstrate strong leadership skills with a tactical focus. Balance strategic thinking with execution (Thinker:Doer ratio of 40:60). Foster a collaborative and performance-driven team culture.
