Relationship Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager to lead retail sales initiatives in the AGRI-FIN and Tractor Loans segment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking, particularly in retail liabilities, and a proven track record in sales and customer relationship management. This role involves enhancing the deposit pool, cross-selling financial products, and ensuring regulatory compliance while driving branch profitability and team productivity.
Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
- Enhance the deposit pool from existing and new customers.
- Drive sales of non-deposit products including Mutual Funds and Insurance.
- Achieve cross-selling targets progressively across product categories.
- Generate fee income through strategic product placement.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Deliver high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and delight.
- Act as a key point of contact for high-value clients in the AGRI-FIN and Tractor Loans segment.
Branch Operations & Compliance:
- Oversee branch administration and ensure adherence to regulatory compliance.
- Manage overall productivity and morale of branch team members.
- Ensure the branch meets its break-even targets and contributes positively to the P&L.
Strategic Collaboration:
- Work closely with product management, marketing, and other verticals for new product development and service enhancements.
- Contribute to sales initiatives and tactical planning.
Leadership & Team Management:
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills with a tactical focus.
- Balance strategic thinking with execution (Thinker:Doer ratio of 40:60).
- Foster a collaborative and performance-driven team culture.
