The Premier Acquisition Manager is responsible for acquiring and managing relationships with High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) for retail loan products. The role focuses on building a strong CASA (Current Account Savings Account) book, selling third-party products (TPP), and generating revenue through high-value customer engagement. The candidate should possess strong coordination skills, a customer-centric approach, and prior experience in portfolio management.
Responsibilities include acquiring new HNI customers for retail loan products and banking services, driving revenue through cross-selling of third-party products (TPP) such as insurance, mutual funds, etc. The role also involves building and growing CASA book size by onboarding quality customers, maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing HNI clients to ensure long-term engagement, coordinating effectively with internal teams including credit, legal, operations, and product teams, ensuring compliance with KYC norms and proper documentation for all customer acquisitions, and providing end-to-end support to customers and channel partners, ensuring timely updates and resolution. Leveraging existing customer base to generate new business opportunities is also part of the role.
