As a Personal Banker, you will be the face of our bank, providing a warm and welcoming experience to customers. Your primary focus will be on understanding their financial needs and offering tailored solutions. You will be responsible for maintaining a positive and professional image of the bank while ensuring a seamless and efficient service.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Provide personalized financial advice and recommend suitable banking products and services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs.

• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Cross-sell and up-sell banking products to existing customers, maximizing their banking experience.

Qualifications
