Personal Banker

As a Personal Banker, you will be the face of our bank, providing a warm and welcoming experience to customers. Your primary focus will be on understanding their financial needs and offering tailored solutions. You will be responsible for maintaining a positive and professional image of the bank while ensuring a seamless and efficient service.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.

Provide personalized financial advice and recommend suitable banking products and services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs.

Stay updated on banking products, services, and promotions to offer the best solutions.

Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Cross-sell and up-sell banking products to existing customers, maximizing their banking experience.

Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with other bank teams to ensure a smooth and integrated customer journey.

Comply with all regulatory and compliance guidelines, ensuring a secure banking environment.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for a bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the banking industry, is an asset.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative mindset.
