Personal Banker

As a Personal Banker, you will be the face of our bank, providing a warm and welcoming environment for our customers. Your primary focus will be on delivering an exceptional in-branch experience, offering personalized financial solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for building a strong client base and maintaining a high level of service excellence.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries

Cross-sell bank products and services, such as loans, credit cards, and investment opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and goals

Provide personalized financial advice and recommendations based on customer profiles

Stay updated with the latest banking products and services to offer relevant solutions

Handle customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring timely resolution

Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with bank policies

Collaborate with other team members to achieve branch goals and provide a seamless customer experience

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the banking industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach

Strong product knowledge and the ability to cross-sell effectively

Proficiency in using banking software and systems

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong organizational and time management skills

Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new banking products and services

Fluency in English and local languages is an advantage
