We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Personal Banker - Inbound to join our Branch Banking team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day cash and non-cash transactions while ensuring a seamless and high-quality customer experience. This role demands a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. As a Personal Banker - Inbound, you will be the face of the bank, addressing customer needs, promoting banking services, and ensuring operational accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Manage cash and non-cash transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Handle customer requests related to cash withdrawals, deposits, demand drafts, and cheque processing.
- Provide general banking information and resolve customer queries promptly.
- Maintain high standards of speed and accuracy in all transactional processes.
- Identify and promote cross-selling opportunities for other banking products and services.
- Ensure a positive and professional customer experience to foster loyalty and referrals.
