Team Member – Trade Advisory Desk

The role involves proficiency in handling MS Excel and experience in managing multiple Trade Finance products along with capital account transactions. The candidate should be a team player with good knowledge of trade product regulations, processes, and products. They should have strong communication skills, both oral and written, and be able to respond professionally to stakeholder queries. The candidate must be a quick learner and knowledgeable about NDI Rules and Master Direction provisions. They should maintain professional inter-team communication and coordination. The candidate should handle the following:

Scrutiny and reporting on FDI applications received through the FIRMS portal.
Guiding customers on discrepancy resolution related to FIRMS reporting.
Periodical reconciliation of RBI reporting with system-generated remittance and other reports.
Daily monitoring of the FIRMS portal for pending authorizations and processing them, adhering to TAT.
Follow-up on pending FDI reporting.
Attending to RBI queries related to capital account transactions and tracking pending responses.
Supplying data, MIS, and documents for internal, concurrent, and external auditors.
Maintaining product trackers, remittance database, LSF related follow-up, and tracking RBI mails for timely response.
Charges recovery and related special charges data maintenance, reconciliation of receivables, and data for GST returns.
MIS maintenance and circulating MIS to internal teams as per requirements.
Maintaining strict TAT terms and efficient first-time right services to internal and external customers. Should be ready to walk the extra mile in delivering services.
